Updating duplicates
If a duplicate record is found, Albato can change the fields that will be configured in this step. For example, the shipping address on an order that came from an online store.
In this step, you will see a green “Current Value” tag. This tag means that the field will contain the current value which is already available in the receiving service. If this tag is removed, the value in the receiving service will also be removed.
If a part of data needs to be replaced, the tag must first be deleted and then the required value must be put in its place.
So, by combining the “Current Value” tags and tags with specific values, you can update the data in the data's destination app.
